2024 JRCF Volunteer Registration

Join us for a day or the whole weekend as a volunteer! Each year our event is only made possible by the hard work of our Volunteers. There are over 100 volunteer positions and hundreds of volunteer hours that go into our event.

Please consider donating your valuable time and talents in exchange for a minimum volunteer shift of 4 hours, you will receive a 2 admission tickets to the festival!

All Volunteers are required to ware green safety vest while on duty. This will let visitors know who to go to if they need any information.

HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT:

The individual named in this registration hereby agrees for itself, its successors and assignees, to indemnity and hold harmless the Jamestown Regional Celtic Festival, Gathering of the Clans & Highland Games (JRCF), the 96th Highlanders Pipes & Drums, Inc., and the Mayville Village Board, its agents, representatives, successors, and assignees from all liability, claims, suits or any other action for personal injuries, including death, and damages to property, real or personal, caused by individual, and/or acts or omissions of the 96th Highlanders Pipe & Drums, Inc, arising out of individual’s involvement in the Jamestown Regional Celtic Festival, Gathering of the Clans & Highland Games and from all judgements and cost incurred in relation to said claims and suits; and from all expenses incurred in defending said claims or suits.

PHOTO RELEASE:

The undersigned hereby gives consent to the Jamestown Regional Celtic Festival to take photographs, audio recordings, and/or video graphs of myself and/or my organization during the Festival and to use such photographs, audio recordings, and/or video graphs for such promotion, publicity of other lawful purposes as the Jamestown Regional Celtic Festival Committee deems appropriate.
