Prior To Registering your Performance

All performer must contact the festival director via email for prior approval to performing at the 2025 Jamestown Celtic Festival. You may fill out the registration form but, without prior approval from the festival director, your form may be rejected.

Performance Registration Information:

JRCF Discounted Tickets 

There is a limit of 2 free tickets per member. Please only use these for your family. These free tickets are available: 2 free tickets per Performing  Member, ( 1 per performing member & plus 1 guest. ) Dancer Groups ( 1 per Dancer, and 2 for parents  & 1 per staff & plus 1 guest), 

 If you have family coming to cheer you on, they will need to purchase general admission tickets to get in. We now have added an option to the registration from, where you can purchase advanced discounted tickets for them. Saturday General  these, and are half off what they would pay normally. The tickets are available below at a reduced rate form gate tickets. All participating members and friends will have to pay full price at the gate with out the advance tickets mailed out to your group. Performance leaders are responsible for making sure your members, Staff members or friends of the group have their tickets in hand when arriving at the operations gate the day of the festival. There will be no exception.
